You should contact your local Invisible Fence Brand Pet Safety Professional who can perform a system check to ensure all components are operating properly.

There is a chance the system at your new home is not Invisible Fence Brand, so when you call into the office, be ready with the address or name of the previous owner. Once that is established, our office staff will set up a time for one of our pet professionals to come out, mark the boundary, and assist you in training your pet(s).
