OFFICIAL BAHAMAS SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.  OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR CANADA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

 By entering the Invisible Fence® Brand Bahamas Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), you acknowledge that you understand and will abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.  The Sweepstakes will take place during the following Sweepstake period:

   June 1, 2009 to December 1, 2009;

2. ENTRY.  To enter the Sweepstakes, one must:  (1) complete an entry form, which will be made available at www.invisiblefence.com/promotions/atlantis.  Only one entry per household will be accepted during the "Sweepstakes Pediod" as noted in Rule #1; duplicate registrations for a household will be eliminated. 

    For those persons unable to complete the online form, an entry form may be obtained by sending a postcard with full name, postal address, phone number, and email address to "Invisible Fence Brand Bahamas Sweepstakes Entry", 10427 Electric Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37932.

    Any mail-in entry that is illegible, incomplete, late, or does not carry the proper postage, will be disqualified. 

3. ELIGIBILITY.  Notwithstanding the limitations provided herein, the Sweepstakes is open to all U.S. and Canadian residents who are 21 years of age or older by January 1, 2008.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.  Employees, officers, directors, or managers of Invisible Fence, Inc. ("Invisible Fence"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, or participating sponsors or promotional partners, or the immediate family (defined as current spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) of such individuals and persons living in the same household are prohibited from winning the Sweepstakes.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and to accept the decisions of Invisible Fence as final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 

4.THE PRIZE.  Sweepstakes entrants are eligible for the following Grand Prize: 

Four nights accommodation at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas February 7th to February 11th, 2010 along with an $800 travel credit to be used for flights. Note: Dates of the accommodations cannot be altered.

Invisible Fence, Inc. will award one (1) Grand Prize ("Prize") per Sweepstakes Period.  Winners will be selected at random, based on entries obtained via Website registrations and Eligible Mail-In Entries during the specific Sweepstakes Period.  The prize drawing for the Sweepstakes will be held on or around the first day after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

5. CONDITIONS. 

           A.  Taxes.  All foreign, federal, state, and local taxes apply and are the sole responsibility of the winner of the Prize.  The winner of the Prize may be required to sign an IRS form W-9 or the equivalent.

           B.  Liability Release.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Invisible Fence, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, managers, officers, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, attorneys and agents from any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from any prize or the Sweepstakes, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes, and any claim or cause of action of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, injury, death, property damage and claims based on right of privacy or publicity, or defamation.

           C.  Illegal Tampering.  If Invisible Fence determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, Invisible Fence, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes. Any deliberate attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Invisible Fence reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

            D.  Limitation of Liability.  Invisible Fence and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, webhosting, and Internet access providers are not responsible for incorrect entry of information by entrants, or technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, human error, lost or delayed data transmission, or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction.

             E.  Publicity.  The winners of a prize may be asked to sign a release consenting to use of the winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winners of a prize agree to have his/her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Sweepstakes.  The Sweepstakes winners may be asked to sign a release stating the same.                     

6. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION.  Invisible Fence, Inc. will notify the winners by phone and/or by electronic transmission within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the prize drawing.  Winners will be required to acknowledge receipt of the prize.  If a winner does not respond to Invisible Fence, Inc. within seven (7) business days from the date of notification, that prize will be forfeited and not awarded.  Winners may also be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release.   

7. SPONSORS/ADMINISTRATOR.  Invisible Fence, Inc. 10427 Electric Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37932, is the sponsor of this promotion.  Invisible Fence® Brand reserves the right to modify the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

 8. COPIES OF RULES.  Copies of the Official Sweepstakes Rules will be available at www.invisiblefence.com, or by sending a written request to Invisible Fence, Inc., Attention: Invisible Fence Brand Bahamas Sweepstakes, 10427 Electric Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37932. 

9. WINNER IDENTIFICATION.  For the names of any winners of the Sweepstakes send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
