 The South West Invisible Fence Team wants to reward customers for recommending our solution to their friends who may benefit from outdoor containment for their pets.
Contest Period: The contest period is June 1, 2009 and December 1, 2009.
Prize: The prize is a free, 4-night stay at the Atlantis Resort on the Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Air fare voucher for $800 will be supplied.
Trip Dates: The trip is from February 6th, 2010 to February 9th, 2010
Requirements:
Customers of Invisible Fence Brand, will fill out a form supplying Company with information about a person they know who could use Company’s services to keep their pet safe at home. Information is defined as a name, address including zip code, phone number, email address and number of pets that could benefit at that household. Addresses must be located in Texas or New Mexico.

Eligibility:
Any Invisible Fence Brand Customer is eligible to win this trip.
Contest Conditions:
A. Taxes. All foreign, federal, state, and local taxes apply and are the sole responsibility of the winner of the Prize. The winner of the Prize may be required to sign an IRS form W-9 or the equivalent.
B. Liability Release. By participating in the Bahama Atlantis Customer Referral Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Invisible Fence, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, managers, officers, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, attorneys and agents from any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from any prize or the Bahama Atlantis Customer Referral Contest, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any Bahama Atlantis Customer Referral Contest-related activity, or participation in the Bahama Atlantis Customer Referral Contest, and any claim or cause of action of any kind in connection with the Bahama Atlantis Customer Referral Contest, including without limitation, injury, death, property damage and claims based on right of privacy or publicity, or defamation.
C. Illegal Tampering. If Invisible Fence Brand determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, Invisible Fence Brand, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or to cancel or modify the Bahama Atlantis Customer Referral Contest. Any deliberate attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Invisible Fence reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
D. Limitation of Liability. Invisible Fence and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, webhosting, and Internet access providers are not responsible for incorrect entry of information by entrants, or technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, human error, lost or delayed data transmission, or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction.
E. Publicity. The winners of a prize may be asked to sign a release consenting to use of the winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes. By participating in the Bahama Atlantis Customer Referral Contest, the winners of a prize agree to have his/her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Bahama Atlantis Customer Referral Contest. The Bahama Atlantis Customer Referral Contest winners may be asked to sign a release stating the same.
F. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Invisible Fence Brand will notify the winners by phone and/or by electronic transmission on or about December 15, 2009. Winners will be required to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If a winner does not respond to Invisible Fence Brand, within seven (7) business days from the date of notification, that prize will be forfeited and not awarded. Winners may also be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release.
